Yes if you place your information in the “Let us call you” section on the home page, and in the description you would like to be emailed when new properties or developments become available we will do that.

Is the availability of homes updated in real time?

Not in real time but we make sure the website is updated weekly.

How do I contact a builder representative?

Fill out the info on the home page under the “Let us call you” section and a representative will reach out to you.

Can I schedule a tour of a model home directly through the site?

Yes just click on the specific property you are interested in and there is a section to schedule a tour.

Can I customize the floor plan or finishes of a new home?

Usually yes but it all depends on the specific builder.

How long does it take to build a new construction home?

Most builders in Thailand give a one year contract to build. Some builders are building within 4-6 months from start to finish.

What are the benefits of buying a new construction home?

Some of the benefits with a newly constructed home is that you often have the opportunity to have a say in some of the features like colors and fixtures, this allows you to personalize the home to your taste. Another benefit is with being the initial owner there has not been wear and tear on the house, which allows you to maintain and know how to home has been cared for.

What is the difference between a new construction home and a resale home?

New Construction is a home that has been built from the ground up which no one has lived in, a resale home is an existing home that an owner is trying to sell.
